How do I process a Return or Refund?
Ready to start your return journey? Just drop us a line at support@heymaryjane.com. Once approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and all the details you need including the return address where you can return the products.
How do I process an Exchanges
The fastest way to process an exchange is to go through the return process. Once your return has been approved and you have been refunded the amount, you can then reprocess the order for the item that you wished to purchase in the first place.
But we will have to ask you to make sure the item you received is unused or in unopened condition.
What do I do if I received a damaged item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can send us an email at support@heymaryjane.com and process a replacement for the damaged product.If you do not wish to keep the product, we can process a refund or provide you with store credits that you can use to purchase other items in our store.

How long does an order take to deliver?
Most orders are being fulfilled within 24-48 business hours. Standard shipping usually takes between 5-7 business days. Please allow patience with the shipping carrier once your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Free shipping is available for all orders over $79 after any promos, discounts or rewards points have been applied.
Can I modify my order after it's been placed?
We can modify orders as long as our fulfillment center has not shipped your order yet.Once the order leaves our warehouse, we can no longer make any changes on it.You will either have to process a return or deny receipt of the delivery once the carrier tries to deliver it at your home.
How can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. Our Team is available Monday-Friday 9am-6 pm PST. Please submit a ticket by emailing us at support@heymaryjane.com. As long as your order hasn't already been processed, we'll do our best to cancel your order.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, an email containing the tracking details of your order will be provided.You can also login to your account with us to see the status of the orders you have placed.
Can I track my package?

We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Utah.
What do I do if I receive the wrong order?
Please send an exchange request to support@heymaryjane.com and a member of our team will assist you with your order. Once we have determined what had happened, we'll happily resend you your correct order.

Does Hey Mary Jane offer financing?
Yes, we do offer Klarna! Klarna is a payment solution that allows you to buy now and pay later with no interest, allowing you to split your order into four interest-free payments over 6 weeks. There are no fees if you pay on time and there is zero impact on your credit score, Klarna charges 25% at the moment of purchase, 25% two weeks later, 25% four weeks after that, and then the final payment at six weeks for the original payment date.

At Hey Mary Jane we believe that plant medicines should be used as Mother Nature intended, in its most purest form. For this reason, We only use Full Spectrum hemp in our products. Full spectrum hemp contains the full profile of the hemp plant and also contains the terpenes and flavonoids of the hemp plant as well.
Can I Take Hey Mary Jane Products with Prescription Drugs?

How long does it take for HMJ products to work?
In most cases, you can feel the effects of our products inside your body within around 15 minutes to one hour. Can you get "high" from The HMJ products?
We do carry Full Spectrum products. Each of our products is expertly crafted to have a microdose of cannabiniods.
